What every member receives

What membership includes.

Membership is designed to flex around the demands of senior leadership. You return to the Check-Up each year, and to the community throughout it. Annual renewal keeps the network current, engaged, and made up of leaders actively doing the work.

Element
What it means
  • Annual Leadership Check-Up
A confidential, multi-source view of your leadership and the team you shape.
  • Development Consultation
A private session with senior faculty to interpret the Check-Up and set the year's agenda.
  • The EdgePoint Network
A private community of senior leaders across industries, with disciplined norms of candor and confidentiality.
  • Member Directory
Warm, opt-in introductions to peers by role, transition, or theme.
  • Learning & Events
Small seminars, master classes, and gatherings on the demands facing contemporary leaders.
  • Access to EdgePoint Experiences
Members may add Academy cohorts, Private Coaching, Founder Studio, Executive Forums, and other EdgePoint experiences as their needs evolve.

Staying active

An active community, renewed each year.

EdgePoint is designed as a community of active participation rather than a credential earned once and held indefinitely. Members recommit annually through full membership or another qualifying EdgePoint experience.

Full membership

Includes the Annual Leadership Check-Up, Development Consultation, network access, directory, learning events, and the ability to add Academy cohorts, Private Coaching, Founder Studio, or Executive Forums as needs evolve.

Executive Forum continuation

The minimum active engagement. Continuing in an Executive Forum keeps a leader in peer consultation and the EdgePoint network, with the option to upgrade to full membership at any time.

Fit

Who joins.

EdgePoint serves senior executives, founders, and leaders entering or expanding within the C-suite. We also welcome accomplished former executives seeking to contribute to the next generation.

The strongest members are accomplished but still curious. They are willing to examine their own leadership honestly, learn from perspectives unlike their own, and contribute as generously as they receive.
