The EdgePoint Experience

Development designed for the way senior leaders actually work.

EdgePoint is built as a continuing practice rather than a one-time event. Members begin with a clear view of their leadership and context, translate that evidence into a focused agenda, and return throughout the year to trusted peers, faculty counsel, and opportunities to apply what they are learning.

The cycle

Six elements of the EdgePoint experience.

  1. 01

    Annual Leadership Check-Up

A confidential, multi-source view of your leadership context. Combines 360-degree feedback, team insight, and expert interpretation to set a clear developmental agenda.

  2. 02

    Development Consultation

A private session with senior EdgePoint faculty to translate evidence into action: grounded in your current role and the specific challenges of your next chapter.

  3. 03

    Community & Directory

Access to a curated directory of senior leaders and private discussions within the EdgePoint Network, governed by disciplined norms of candor and discretion.

  4. 04

    Applied Learning

Seminars and master classes on complexity, mindful leadership, and orchestrating change. Each session is designed to help members think differently about current work, not to add theory disconnected from their responsibilities.

  5. 05

    Extraordinary Counsel

Depending on your experience: cohort coaching, peer consultation in Executive Forums, or one-to-one work with an Executive Partner who has carried a comparable role.

  6. 06

    Continuation

Leadership development does not end when a program does. Members renew annually, either fully or by continuing in an Executive Forum, so the network stays made up of leaders who are actively doing the work.

Confidentiality

Discretion by design.

Assessment results, coaching, and peer discussions remain confidential so leaders can speak candidly about issues they may not be able to discuss inside their organizations.

For the leader

Your data and coaching content belong to you. Nothing is shared upward without your explicit consent.

For sponsors

Organizations receive high-level progress markers and participation themes, never individual confidential content.

For the community

Members may speak candidly because what is shared within EdgePoint stays within EdgePoint.
