Executive Forums

Peer consultation, disciplined and confidential.

An EdgePoint Executive Forum is a small, curated group of senior leaders who meet over six months to work through the challenges each is actually carrying — with skilled facilitation, real cases, and a shared commitment to candor.

What to expect

Small. Curated. Focused on live work.

Six Sessions, Six Months

A disciplined cadence that allows for trust to build and for real progress to be made on consequential leadership challenges.

The Foundation

Every forum begins with the mandatory 30-minute EdgePoint Foundations experience, establishing the shared language and protocols for the group.

Facilitated Candor

An experienced facilitator holds the frame, ensures every member is challenged and supported, and protects the group's confidentiality.

Live Cases

Members do not bring 'topics' or general questions. They bring their most pressing, live leadership dilemmas for disciplined peer consultation.

The Process

A high-touch journey of peer insight.

Intake Interview

A confidential conversation to understand your current challenges and ensure placement in the right forum.

Midpoint Check-In

A one-to-one session with the facilitator to review progress and refine your focus for the second half.

Exit Interview

A closing session to synthesize learning and determine next steps for your leadership development.

Network & Access

Community for the duration of the forum.

Participants in an Executive Forum receive full access to the EdgePoint Network and directory for the duration of the experience. This allows you to connect with the wider community of EdgePoint leaders while focused on your specific cohort work.

Note on Membership

Executive Forums are a stand-alone experience. The Annual Leadership Check-Up is not included. Participants who wish to have the full, ongoing membership experience may apply to upgrade at any time.

Bring a challenge worth thinking about with peers.
