He is known for his commitment to just and equitable workplaces and, as the curriculum director for the Carol Emmott Fellowship, has invested in advancing women in senior leadership in healthcare. Responsible for creating leadership development systems for major healthcare organizations, including the Massachusetts Healthcare Leadership College, the California Healthcare Leadership College, the Carol Emmott Fellowship, and UCLA Health System.
