Leadership Adventures
Leave the familiar. Discover how you lead.
EdgePoint Leadership Adventures use purposeful challenge, unfamiliar environments, and structured reflection to reveal leadership habits that ordinary work can hide. The setting changes. The leadership work is real.

Challenge without spectacle.
Each adventure is a leadership laboratory where unfamiliar terrain strips away the polished routines of the office.
Unfamiliar environments often make leadership habits visible more quickly. How someone responds to uncertainty, changing roles, imperfect information, and reliance on others can reveal patterns that are harder to see at work. We make both productive and limiting habits easier to observe, discuss, and reconsider.
Design Principles
Calibrated, professional, and safe.
Accessibility
Experiences are designed to be accessible. Physical difficulty is calibrated to the group and is never treated as a test of leadership ability.
Professional Support
Every adventure is led by elite guides and supported by experienced EdgePoint facilitators.
Integrated Reflection
The adventure is the classroom. We pause frequently to connect the experience to your actual work.

How to join an adventure.
Adventures are open to current and former Academy participants, as well as selected guest leaders. We curate each trip to ensure a high level of peer contribution.
Itineraries are announced 6-9 months in advance. Expressing interest early allows us to calibrate the physical demands and themes to the participating group.
