EdgePoint is forming a small, distinguished founding class of former C-suite executives who will serve as Executive Fellows — trusted advisors to senior leaders entering roles they have themselves carried.

Founding Executive Fellows help shape the Executive Partners experience, define the standards of match and counsel, and work with the first cohort of leaders entering or expanding within the C-suite. This is a role for those who find purpose in the success of the next generation.
Who we are looking for
Wisdom, curiosity, discretion, and generosity.
We seek former executives with significant C-suite experience, hard-earned pattern recognition, and the ability to help without making the work about themselves. Fellows are selected for their judgment, credibility, and genuine interest in developing the next generation of leaders. Candidates typically have a track record of mentoring and a reputation for high-integrity leadership.
What to expect

Fellows participate in designing the Executive Partners arc, receive orientation and support from EdgePoint, and are matched with carefully selected leaders. The inaugural class will help refine the experience for those who follow. We respect the time and discretion of our Fellows, providing a professional environment that honors their expertise.
