What is the vibe at EdgePoint?
EdgePoint is a “hair down and shoes off” place and posturing-free zone. Think Off-Broadway experimental theatre (with amazing actors) and audience participation, rather than a highly polished production of Swan Lake at Lincoln Center where you’re the audience. This is the space where you should feel comfortable being vulnerable, acknowledging you can benefit from others’ support, and not needing to be the smartest person in the room. We want you to be constantly thinking about how you can optimize your fellow members. It’s amazing how much that gets you out of your own head and opens you to being optimized yourself.
