Purpose

Our members accelerate their maturation as senior executives by catalyzing their strategic perspectives. This is enabled by the cutting edge thinking on leadership development from the Institute for Contemporary Leadership and the EdgePoint community itself.

Curation

EdgePoint members have an annual leadership checkup, meet with a faculty member to co-design a curated personal learning journey, and get coaching. Members can also access year-long cohort programs such as The Ascent and The Summit.

When you're ready to take your leadership further, EdgePoint offers year-long cohort programs.

The Ascent

Join with a cohort of nine of your executive peers for a two-day base-camp experience, followed by nine months of virtual learning and peer coaching and mentorship, and conclude your journey together with an in-person graduation ceremony.

The Summit

As EdgePoint’s premium cohort offering, The Summit includes an extended base-camp experience, dedicated one-on-one executive coaching, and multiple in-person offsite sessions throughout the year.
